Store Policies

1. All items are subject to prior sale.  With the pace of business it is virtually impossible to keep all venues of sale up to date simultaneously.  If an item is not available at the time the order is processed for shipping, a credit will immediately be issued back to your credit card.  Most banks require 1-5 Busniess days for this credit to process.  If you paid by other means, a full refund will be issued in the form of a check from Indy West Coins LLC.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice.  If there is a material change in price between the time an order is received and the time the order is processed, the customer will be notified of the price change before the item ships.

3. Items have a 7 Day Return Priveledge with the followings exceptions:

   A.  Item must remin in unaltered, original holder...NO EXCEPTIONS.

   B.  Bullion products are NOT extended this priveledge for any reason.

   C.  Proof Set, Mint Set, Prestige Sets, Premier Sets and all Mordern Commemorative mint products are NOT

        extended this priveledge due to minor flaws and discoloring or coins or "wear and tear' on the packaging.

   D.  Unopened Mint products are not returnable if unsealed.

   E.  Original Bank Wrapped rolls and Mint Sewn bags are NOT returnable if they have been opened.

4.  Shipping and Handling are NOT refundable.

5.  Uncertified coins graded using ANA Grading Standards

6.  Orders are processed for shipping as they are received.  This precludes us from offering to combine multiple orders.

7.  All Items are guaranteed genuine.

8.  No foreign orders accepted.
