Question: How will I know my order has been received?

Answer: An email with your confirmation number will be sent to you.

Question: How will I know when my order has shipped?

Answer: A email will be sent when your order is mailed.

Question: Are the items listed in stock?

Answer: 99% of the time yes, however, occassionally an item will be sold over the counter and if we haven't removed it from the website, every reasonable attempt will be made to back order the product. Understand that alot of our items are 'One of a kind' and backorder is impossible. In those instances a full refund will be processed.

Question: When can I expect phone calls to be answered?

Answer: Typically between 9:00AM EST and 5:00PM EST M-F. 9:00 AM EST til 12:30PM EST on Sat.

Question: How long does it take for email to be responded to?

Answer: Email is monitored 7 days a week unless we are closed or out of the office on a business trip. Every attempt will be made to get emails answered in a very timely fashion.

Question: Do you buys coins and how can I get an estimate?

Answer: We are continually buying coins. Alot of the time, buying prices can be estimated over the phone, bive us a call and if we need to see the coins for a firm estimate that will be determined at that time.
